That's My Answer - Take 2

Would you ever marry someone who differed with you politically?

I guess it depends on how different their views were. I don't think a strongly conservative minded voter would have enough in common with me to get to the point of marriage. If we did make it that far, we would have to agree enough about the big issues (how to raise kids, what kind of marriage we wanted, etc.) to make it work. As far as the philosophical questions go (gun control, gay marriage, abortion, capital punishment), as long as my potential mate could respectfully disagree with me, I'm sure it would work itself out.
